ACHE-MN provides an annual Executive Mentoring Program for members to assist in their leadership and career development, as well as, to motivate health care professionals to be active members of the ACHE at both the local and national levels throughout their career. Our model provides the traditional one-on-one relationship, meeting face-to-face or virtually, as time allows. Mentoring partnerships are expected to be established with a specific purpose or goal in mind. Though some partnerships last longer, the average connection lasts one year or less. Applications for the program are accepted once a year.
